Because we have collected many experiences, you allow to write to me here still so many tips for first time by installationo:
1. Only hang up the pump on the intended metal insert and definitely do not use the connecting cable and the water pipe for the tensile load of the pump.
2. During a sunny day for first installation: Connect all cables like in the manual you described and test the pump with a bucket water. If everything is in order, dip only then the pump in the intended water spring.
3. You use except enclosed filter additional protective possibility (e.g., coarse filter with small stone and textiles ...), so that the dirt in the water cannot reach in the pump. Ever few dirt and sand in the water, the long maintenance time for the pump as well as lifespain.
4. The tester should be packed with a plastic pocket, so that also the humidity cannot penetrate outside into the box.
5. If they observe some days after installation how much water is promoted by the pump. Then you decide what you could do with this water.
6. A water tank is important. If too much water is promoted, let the water somewhere further flow, or even simply into the earth back seep. Do not try to switch off please the pump with a switch. The water costs nothing for you!!
7. If a longer distance between the pump and the solar panel is needed, it is possible to add a connection cabel of 10-20 meters. Please pay attention to the voltage drop due to the longer cable. If the voltage of the pump falls below 32V for LJ208, LJ308 (16V for LJ108), the pump can not start any more.
8. If the pump functions from the outset well, they avoid from pure curiosity opening the pump. Since some mistakes are caused by curious customers themselves. Still is very easy the care of the pump, nevertheless. If the water is very clean, need to service approx. only in server months the piston. The piston is a consumption part, according to quality of the water one should change him approx. after some years.
9. If some difficulties should appear, ask us first. Since most mistakes are solvable on an easy way.
10. We have got solar modules from other manufacturers. How two modules are connected properly together, for it there are many possibilities. Therefore, you yourselves can mount after your possibilities this certainly.
